Well I have been in the trade for approx 25 years and when new technology comes out I try to read as much as possible about the new concepts till I understand them.
We use to train in our training school so we try to find ways of explaining it in easy terms for newbies to understand. Bosch is a great source of information as they patent ideas and plans all year long.
They produce a blue book or a motoring bible as we call it, but it is aimed at engineers and even I cannot always grasp their concept.
